 Hi all, here we have my Rover mini rio up for sale. Sadly she needs to go as i know longer have time or the budget to deal with her. Im just going to be totally honest as she needs to be gone asap rather than just sitting where she is.I got her about a year ago hoping to do her justice and finish her by this time. It was originally grey primer and patches of turquoise when i first bought it and since then has been resprayed tartan red about 9 months ago, was running it a few times a week until the handbrake became unattached and wouldn't work. So for the past 3 months it has been on my mum and dads drive not doing much as i had no budget left.Since ive had it its had loads done to get it right, new paint, new mirrors, new seals, engine has been out to sort the gear box and speedo correction. Its also had new wipers, new ht leads, new sparks,  etc etc. This is a project to finish and would be nice for someone to take it who knows more about minis as this is my first. Been honest there is still bits to do, i would have to say come see for yourself. It did turnover but checked this morning and think starter motor has gone. i would say it needs to be trailored away as its not running, was running bit iffy before i think this is down to the needle and jet been changed and needing a tune. The upside to the car is its a really nice solid shell and nice paint job done.All it needs is some TLC from the right person. I have most receipts for what ive had done. There is mot on it till feb sometime and tax ran out end of jan so declared SORN. Please ask if you want to know anything i will try my best to answer. Ive spent alot of time and money on this car but if needs more than what i can give it. Car is cheap to go quick will accept sensible offers as im already losing money.Other stuff i remember, new arches, new door handles, new boot lock, new boot light all chrome. There is also new reg plates (to fit), new headlights,new gear knob, new speedo cable, new wing mirrors, new badge, new spots not wired up.  Also to note when i got the car it had been completely undersealed and had new brake pipes fitted.Also just put in new braided fuel pipe. Needs to go so quick sale reduced £1450 bargain at this price.More stuff i have remembered, had new scuttle panel and rear valance before respray, also has been de-seamed under head lights and under windscreen where there is always rust problems. added picNow declared Sorn but can be taxed if wanted.No reserve happy bidding.  Require £100.00 deposit from winning bidder within 24 hours.
